At SK TECH, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Items without original packaging.
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
